Don’t you just love how things work out?
Although I really enjoyed exchanging cards with people around the world last year, I decided a few weeks ago not to send Christmas cards via snail mail this year for a variety of reasons.
This week, I was given the opportunity to join a project that is sending handwritten cards to women who probably would not receive a card if not for this project. I still had a dozen or so cards hanging around from last year, and so I spent the day writing and praying over the cards I wrote.
Someone will pick them up and add them to the cards others are writing for the same project. I don’t have to pay for postage, and I don’t need to make a trip to my post office on slippery sidewalks. Hopefully, my words of prayerful encouragement will bless people with whom I would have no contact beyond this card project.

Pay attention to those nudges, you never know what is done the road, but God does! Have your bags packed and be ready for His adventures; you don’t want to miss out.
